Serving temperature and food pairing
Serve at 17-18°. It’s wonderful with local desserts such as red fruit jam tarts and biscuits, but with mature cheeses as well. Excellent paired with dark chocolate. Traditional wine to sip and meditate over, which has an aging potential of around 10-15 years.
